Than consider banana dude. It is known as fiber junction. And there is a whole diet about it named as BANANA DIET. Got rave reviews, I have not tried it but looks good to me.Last edited by MikesHeath; 06-02-12, 01:00 AM.

I agree, and it also keeps you filled up. I started eating quinoa with my breakfast and I don't find that I start getting hungry again until much later in the morning. This is a great way for me to help to bust my inclination to snack.
I can't eat too many beans, though. I work in an office with more than one person

The latest thing I've been eating is steel cut oats. They're super high in fiber but they are also known to be good for the heart and they help to naturally reduce cholesterol. They're pretty gross on their own, but if you mix a tablespoon of jam in, or some cranberries, that makes them a lot better.
