  • Weight loss with Liposuction

    Hello,

I used to give suggestions for weight loss. I also have mentioned liposuction therapy for people to reduce excessive fat around stomach and other body parts. I have observed people after liposuction and found a great changes in there personality and looks and now searching for some experiences after liposuction or any other therapy that helps you to get maintained figure.

I think that liposuction can work for some people, but that it doesn't automatically mean that you're going to take on the right behaviors to stay slim.

I can imagine that you are right that liposuction will make someone feel great about themselves, so they'll want to do things that are healthy and that will make sure that they don't gain the weight again.

But it's important to remember that weight reduction and weight maintenance takes a lifestyle change that involves knowledge about eating and exercising. Whether or not you lose the weight first, you still need to build those habits and practice them consistently. So you can do them and lose the weight naturally, or you can pay hundreds or thousands of dollars and liposuction the fat out, recover from the procedure, and then start those habits.

As long as you start the healthy lifestyle, the "journey" is up to you.

Yup, you can get the procedure, look great for a while but if you don't change your eating habits you are going to gain all the weight back and be right back to square one. Also after lipo if you gain the weight back it tends not to spread so evenly. i.e. it goes all lumpy and weird. Best bet to get rid of the bulk of your weight naturally then if you need a little extra help in certain areas go for it. At least you have taught yourself how you need to live so you are setting yourself up for the best chance of success.
