I'm in real need of some help right now as far as dieting goes. Can anyone recommend a good diet book for me to try. I've been thinking of buying the "Gabriel Method" book, but I'm not too sure if that's what I'm looking for. I would love to find something that offers sound dieting advice and some sample menu plans. Any suggestions?
