The best way to lose weight (in my own personal opinion) is to keep track of your weight. That way, you will know how much you must lose and it keeps you motivated too/ I have this online weight record and I find it very helpful to reach my dreams sooner.
Ofcourse, keeping a record of your weight alone will never help you lose weight but knowing how much you have gone or how many times you have stumbled will allow you to keep focus. I learned that from my mom. So the next time that you plan on losing weight (again), don't ever forget to take a picture of yourself and record your weight weekly. That way, you will be motivated to extend an extra mile in your weight loss regimen.
