    The best way to lose weight (in my own personal opinion) is to keep track of your weight. That way, you will know how much you must lose and it keeps you motivated too/ I have this online weight record and I find it very helpful to reach my dreams sooner.

    Ofcourse, keeping a record of your weight alone will never help you lose weight but knowing how much you have gone or how many times you have stumbled will allow you to keep focus. I learned that from my mom. So the next time that you plan on losing weight (again), don't ever forget to take a picture of yourself and record your weight weekly. That way, you will be motivated to extend an extra mile in your weight loss regimen.

      First you need to be eating less than you burn, but just enough to lose weight and not destroy your metabolism, and exercise helps with the metabolism and extra burning of calories :)

                  You can add this tips to help you lose weight effectively:

                  - When eating out, eat everything in half.

                  - You can eat all the food you love, but lessen your normal intake

                  - Eat slowly. It takes 20 minutes for our brain to determine if you're already full.

                    Are you actually serious about that? If you exercise, you burn off fat and replace it with lean muscle. Muscles are automatic calorie burners. The more you build, the more you burn. Yes, you might get hungry from exercising, so drink tons of water to be sure that you stay hydrated, and have a diet-friendly low-cal snack to get rid of the hunger pangs. If you eat healthy and exercise, you'll burn fat. It's how the body works!

                      I've started eating with chopsticks. It's fun, it feels silly sometimes, it probably gives the brain a workout from having to do routine things differently, and it slows down the eating so that you will get full after less food.
