Just wanted to give a heads up that whether you're looking at your calorie counter on your fitbit or your treadmill or an app or wherever, don't trust it. The odds are that it's over-guessing how many you're burning and that's going to make you make bad eating decisions. You'll just overeat and hold yourself back. All of them are like that. Don't trust them at all.
