If you don’t want to miss out on one of the biggest resources that you have available to you, then use your phone’s apps and features to remember what you’ve eaten, get a calorie count, and even find out how many calories, fats, sugars, etc are in foods while you’re considering a restaurant menu. If you aren’t sure about something, look it up! The information is right at your fingertips.

Have you seen the new smartwatches? I know htat samsung has one in its galaxy gear and I think that an iwatch is rumored to be in the works. I think LG is also working on something but I could be wrong about that last one. They'll have apps right there on your watch. A lot of them are focused on things like health so they will be pedometers and things that can be really helpful with weight loss. It's not just phones anymore!
