I think that the most important part to any kind of diet is to use your own brain and common sense! Too many people are blindly following diet programs without actually thinking about what theyr’e doing. They’re promised a lot of fat loss so they just do it. A lot of it sounds stupid or dangerous if you just think about it for a couple of minutes or ask a professional like a doctor. YOu can save yourself a lot of grief just by doing that.
