I’m curious to know about the most complex diets that other people have tried. I just finished giving up on a diet because it was far too regimented and basically had me eating very specific foods for 28 days. Every single day dictated certain amounts of specific foods as laid out in the guides. I gave up on day 17. If I see one more boiled egg, I’m going to scream LOL.
