    Instead of eating big meals, graze on healthy foods like vegetables all day. That way, as soon as you feel hungry, you’re eating a carrot stick or a piece of celery. You can eat very small meals because you’ve been snacking all day long but not filling up on calories.

    That can work as long as you're only eating vegetables between your small meals. if you eat all day long and you eat virtually anything else, you'll just gain!

      you can also make that work by eating your biggest meals earlier and working towrad smaller ones

          cut up veggies and always keep a good mix of them with you. That will encourage you to always eat the right type of food when you're trying this type of technique.

            yeah, I agree with you guys! you can also eat all the food you love, but lessen your normal intake. Limit, if not totally avoid, fatty foods. :)

              That's exactly what I mean. Eat vegetables (tasty, fresh, raw ones) and eat lots of small portions and you'll be doing yourself a huge favor. If you just eat chips all day long - even in small amounts - you're only going to end up gaining weight

                Are there any foods that are healthy and low calorie enough that you could actually just continually eat all the live long day and still consider it to be good for your diet?

                That would probably be the ultimate diet because you feel like you're stuffing yourself but you're actually making yourself thinner!

                  Baked sweet potato is my choice a very nutritious root crop and rich in fiber which is good for our digestion. Even if that's the only food available to eat for the day, I will still consider to eat it, because I know that its a good diet food.
