Instead of eating big meals, graze on healthy foods like vegetables all day. That way, as soon as you feel hungry, you’re eating a carrot stick or a piece of celery. You can eat very small meals because you’ve been snacking all day long but not filling up on calories.

Are there any foods that are healthy and low calorie enough that you could actually just continually eat all the live long day and still consider it to be good for your diet?
That would probably be the ultimate diet because you feel like you're stuffing yourself but you're actually making yourself thinner!
