I know this is a hard one for lots of people but you have to really cut down on or try to stop drinking booze as much as possible. Most people don't realize that alcohol is basically refined juice of natural foods which makes it a drink of pure concentrated sugar! This makes you gain fat and weight very easily. So try to say no to alcohol or at least limit your drinks to one or two per week.

Also they say that alcohol increases the risk of several types of cancers, so from a cancer perspective, the less you drink the better as well. They say women should have no more than one drink per day and men no more than two... Whilst I don't have a drink every day, when I do have a drink I certainly do have more then ONE!
