  • Why you will always fail

At one point in everyone's life we will try to diet and lose weight. Mentally, we are not prepared for a life changing journey. We pop pills, starve our self, and use dangerous methods to drop the weight. Most people would agree that being healthy is at the top of their list. However eating is also fighting for the top spot. The other thing that we fail to achieve is a daily work out regime so that we maintain or burn fat. Eating what we want and relaxing after a hard days work will cause you to fail 100%. Here are some tips to prepair yourself for your life long journey to be healthy.
    • Eat fast burning breakfast foods
    • Work out in the mornings before your activities
    • Snack on fruit until dinner
    • Never eat greasy or fried foods

There are many reasons why we fail. We might skip a work out day and then the next and then stop. We hit a point were we don't see any change so we stop and we break our diets with unhealthy foods.Recognize why you failed and remove the failure from your situation. I know this maybe tough but if you want to change how you feel and how you look than this is a must. Here are some things you must know.
    • Intensify your workouts
When you stop seeing results you get frustrated and many times people stop working out. Instead of quitting push harder. At this point your body is telling you to work harder to burn more fat.
    • Never break from work out days
Just remember if you break a work out day your results will decrease and the work you have achieved will disappear. Never give up on a life changing goal
    • Drink water with lemon
This will keep your stomach fuller, cut fat in your blood, and cut the cravings for food. This is a great way to help you combat the urges you man have. Just recently lemon water has been discussed on Dr. Oz and the DR's.

Love this post thank you for sharing. For me this hits the nail on the head:
We hit a point were we don't see any change so we stop and we break our diets with unhealthy foods.
I will try so hard to eat healthy for a week or two, loose maybe 2-3 lbs, then I go out for ONE dinner, have a few glasses of wine, share an appy and eat a dinner, and I am right up the 3 lbs I worked so hard to loose. I then think what's the point of it all if one measly dinner can undo a week or two's good work? I don't see the results right away, so it hardly seems worth it. I just need to keep at it. I don't want to always fail.
