    So I've heard so many people say that they eat unhealthily due to income restrictions and tomato soup is great to do, its easy,cheap and so good for you.
    You can make it in a blender from tinned chopped tomatoes, chilli and garlic with water added or it is a little rich.
    The chilli is supposed to get the metabolism going. And I've found its quite fillimg.

    Thank you for the tips Stace, looking forward for more recipes coming from you soon. Anyway, spices are a great way to increase metabolism and very effective in making bland food a little bit more appetizing. I often have problems eating healthy and organic food because I can't stand eating food without flavor. Thankfully, I found out that adding some spices will do the trick.It even speeds up metabolism so its like hitting two birds in one stone. Now, I would not have to use too much salt because there are healthier ingredients in my fridge.
