    With regard to fat, the research is clear: Diets too high in fat promote overweight and obesity. You should strive to consume no more than 25 percent of your calories from fat – and that fat should the “non-saturated” type.

      Exercise is just as crucial as food consumption when it comes to losing weight. There's lots of splendid instruction for exercise on the web resource in the box below. I lost 6 pounds by doing as they advised.

        If you've tried to lose weight before, don't view past efforts as failure. Instead, learn better weight-loss strategies so you can see a big change in your self

          hello all

          Yes me too been here 5 mins but am really looking fwd to some interesting stories etc. Ive got a way to go but have lost some weight :)
