  • First signs of weight-related diabetes

Hey everyone. I was wondering, what are the first signs of weight-related/obesity-related diabetes. Are there any symptoms to watch for or common ones before the more obvious foot numbness and things like that start to set in? Thanks.

Watch for signs like increased thirst, increased hunger after eating, frequent urination, fatigue, dry mouth, headaches, blurred vision, and even unexplained weight loss. If you notice anything like this or have any other weird things happening that aren't normal for you, get in touch with your doctor.

Numbness in your feet is something else to watch for and cuts on the bottom of your feet that you didn't even know were there and can't feel.

Another good idea is to check out the official site for the diabetes association. They can provide you with lots of information from symptoms to watch for to avoiding certain foods and so on.

If you start to get really thirsty and it never feels like you can get enough water and this is combined with fatigue and diarrhea this could be a sign of diabetes. Essentially, if you notice anything off about your health, you should go see your doctor right away.
