  • Choosing a diet program

Choosing a diet program is hard and even though a lot of people claim there is one that will work for everyone, I don't agree with that. I found this on this site though that helps to give a way to narrow it down to options that are best suited for what you need in your life and the way you live it. https://www.weight-loss-center.net/Diet-Programs/ I hope this is helpful.

Which category do you think is better, the calorie-based diets or the lifestyle-based diets? Some of those weight loss spas look so amazing! WIsh I could afford that kind of thing!

I would start with calorie counting to get to learn about your food, but make sure that you're keeping up the basics of a lifestyle diet so that you're not just tracking calories, but keeping up the right habits to keep off lost weight over time.

are supplement based diets really worth it? can you get long term results from something that requires you to buy a product?
