I've been hearing a lot about bee pollen lately. Is that good for weight loss?

I think it's supposed to be good for healing and for your immune system but there's no proof that it can help cause weight loss. In fact, one study I found said that it could cause weight gain (again no idea if that's true either). I believe that it's a healthy substance and one of the better ones out there in terms of your health and wellbeing but I wouldn't expect it to do anything for weight loss. So, if it's in one the products you're taking it may be providing your body with benefits, but losing weight likely isn't one of them.

I don't really think it's effective for weight loss either other than it's supposedly helps to enhance energy, which I suppose could be good for staying active. Other than that it's believed to be beneficial for the digestive system, respiratory system, and helps to support the cardiovascular system among other things. So, ya, it seems to be pretty good for overall health, but it doesn't look like it does anything specifically beneficial for weight loss.
