I’ve lost a pretty good amount of weight so far but over the last couple of weeks, I find I’m getting head rushes when I stand up fast. Is that from being lighter? Is it making me weaker?

If it isn't to do with food it could have to do with an inner ear problem or something else like that. It might be a good idea to have that checked by your doctor. It might be something pretty easy to fix.

It's really hard to tell what that sort of thing can be all about. It could be something really minor or it could be an underlying symptom of something else. It's really best that you have it checked just so that you can rule out anything that shouldn't be there. The odds are that you just need to tweak your diet for better carbs and proteins in balance.

Yikes! I hope that before you do anything, you go and see the doctor. It could be a coincidence that you are getting these head rushes now that you ahve been into a program and you are losing weight (good for you btw with the weight loss) but it could be something else and that's worth it to check out. Good luck!

Are you feeling any better, Legendarytroy?
I hope you are and that it was just something like stress or a lack of sleep that has gone away.
I've gone through phases like that. usualy it's when I am about to get a flu or something like that. Maybe that's what it was. Your immune system was battling something.
