Hi everyone! I pack a lunch to bring to work with me every day, but it’s not a task that I enjoy. Does anyone have any suggestions for diet-friendly foods that don’t take too long to prepare and that don’t cost a fortune?
I don’t have any allergies that I know of and I am not a vegetarian or have any special dietary needs like that. I just want to lose weight!
