    hmmm, i think you're confused a bit here. it is not correct to lump a cleanse in with a diet. diets are for losing weight, cleanses are for detoxification. the one you incorrectly refer to as a "crash diet" is called the master cleanse, or lemonade diet. it is true that some people have compared this cleanse with a starvation diet, but it is absolutely incorrect to label a cleanse as any diet at all. weight lost while on a cleanse is almost all water weight. fat loss is a byproduct of the cleanse. a cleanse should never be used to lose weight.

        I am a believer that these quick diets are extremely bad for your health, and should be approached with caution -- and that cleanses can also be dangerous unless you are extremely careful.

        Any 'diet' that causes collapses, extreme fatigue and puts the body at risk is not a good diet and shouldn't be suggested for anyone to use.

        While cleanses can be quite safe IF you are careful and IF you are already healthy and have a stable diet, the shouldn't really be used as a weight loss tool, or even done while dieting. When dieting, your body may be under a lot of stress... adding a cleanse to that is just asking for health consequences.

        Then again, I take dieting advice from celebrities with a grain of salt. Often times, a handful of it.

          Weight loss is not the easy task for that you need to put lot of efforts and concentration. Lot of people starting the weight loss program but they fails to achieve the proper weight, this is because of improper diet plan. For the weight loss diet plan is must.

              There is no magic formula in weight loss. You have to deal with discipline, hard work, and patience.

              I do not agree with people who wanted to lose weight quickly since it would be unhealthy for our body. I have heard of crash diets before and it only did more harm than good to the dieters.There is no way for anyone to lose so much weight in a short period of time in a healthy way. These people opt to deprive themselves with the essential nutrients needed for us to function properly.

              What I recommend instead is of crash diet is to use diet pills. They are proven clinically effective without damaging your organs. I for one have been using phentramine d and I can say that Im more than satisfied with the results. If you want to lose weight and not compromising your overall health, you need to be a bit patient. Everyone can lose weight, the question is are they healthily losing the pounds or are they putting themselves in an even more dangerous situation?

                i'm sorry but i have to disagree with you. there is no such thing as quick weight loss program because there is no such thing as losing weight fast. otherwise, it will be detrimental to our body in the long run. i have read from a journal that the only safest way to go on a diet is by eating healthy and engaging in a regular exercise. diet pills, counseling, and the like are invented by people to help hasten the process but there is really no such thing as quick weight lost.

                the safest range of weight that you must lose in a week is 2 pounds. anything in excess can do some damage to the body one way or the other. try using phentramine products next time, they are really good in seizing your appetite. and it has no major side effects. thanks for the information though.

                  You could also follow ayurvedic diets which are more nutritious , gives you energy and makes sure your body is in proper shape .

                    OK.... I too will disagree... There is basically nothing wront with quick weight loss if you are otherwise healthy. You can read anything in books now days. There are actual studies that say quick weight loss is not only OK but the participants are more inclined to keep the weight off especially with quick, "initial" weight loss.

                    I lost weight quickly and I counsel overweight/obese (yet healthy) individuals to do the same.

                        Great , i was looking effective product for weight loss. I tried many diet health solutions in online but i could not able to find any good products.This is the great information has been shared here.Definitely even i have to try this.
