Does anyone use or know someone who uses coffee skinny? I was thinking of trying it. I am so at a long long plateau

I know someone who tried. A coworker of mine heard that coffee has antioxidants and caffeine and if she had enough of it, it would boost her metabolism and make her more awake so she could exercise more. For her, it didn't work. She didn't break her plateau until she altered her diet and exercise routine from what she'd previously been doing.
I though that I was smarter by taking caffeine pills instead of coffee for the same reasons. Unfortunately, I wasn't any luckier than my coworker except that I ended up with headaches, shakes, a short temper, and sleeplessness.
If it works for you, let me know what you did differently!

If you're already drinking coffee, it won't do much for you. But if you don't drink coffee and you add one or two cups (black) per day, you'll give your metabolism a temporary little boost. It might be enough.

If you mean coffee skinny, the stuff made out of green coffee beans, then I know the stuff you're talking about. My girlfriend used it for a few weeks and I didn't really see any difference but she said that she had a lot of energy so she could exercise better. To me, that just sounds like she pumped herself full of stims, but I guess she probably knows better. She weights herself all the time. She didn't complain about any side effects so that probably means it's safe.

After two cups of coffee, I can already feel that I'm more anxious and a little bit jittery. I feel like my heart is thudding in my chest a little (just a bit, not anything scary). To me, that suggests that I'm getting more calorie burning out of my body since it should take more energy to make it hyped like that, right?
