Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving, I didn't cook as much this year and trying to not eat junk. Wish me luck! Enjoy your turkey day with no regrets and try not to end it with any regrets. Just take the day to love yourself. Once again, Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!!!

hahaha! belated happy thanksgiving to everyone! although my mom is Japanese, she always try to cook something nice for thanksgiving. I really appreciate her for that because although it's not in their tradition to give thanks every end of the year, she still want dad to continue his tradition at his own home with his own family.

and you know what thanksgiving means: FOOOD! I have been eating so many lately that I forgot how many calories I have consumed for the past month. Thank God the holiday season is almost over and we can start dieting once more. But wait! new year is coming and I can smell food around the corner again. Its cool, I'll let myself indulge for the next three days and sweat my heart out in the gym come January next year.

Happy New Year guys! (and girls too!).. And advance happy new year to my Chinese friends! Advance happy valentines also! I'm so glad I'm back in this weight loss forum, I have been so busy these past few days. I stopped taking adipex because I have already achieved my ideal weigth. I'm still planning to lose some weight though but I guess I can do it with proper exercise and diet. I just needed the extra help of diet pills because i was really overweight last year and have hard time losing pounds. Now, i feel so much better so I guess I can stop using the pill. It's with an advantage too because adipex can be safely used for a year only. You cannot use it long term. I can always go back with using diet pills if my weight gets out of control again but for now, i'll happily say goodbye to diet pills.
