Okay, this is kinda a random question but does diet effect how fast my hair grows? I feel like my hair hasn't grown an inch in forever and I read somewhere that there are certain things that you can eat to make your hair grow faster and stronger. Is this true or just wishful thinking?

That said, don't expect any massive hair growing miracles. The average person's hair grows about a half inch per month. Upping your intake of these foods won't necessarily mean that your hair will grow faster than that but it will be healthier.
You should also know that the health of your hair is dependent on what you do to it. If you're always brushing it and pinning it up and using hair styling crap on it or burning it with a curling iron, straightener or blow dryer you can damage it and stunt it's growth regardless of what you eat.
