Is there a diet supplement that I can take to help treat high blood pressure instead of going on meds? Also, will controlling my blood pressure also help with weight loss?

There are different supplements that are supposed to be good like fiber (bond psyllium), magnesium, potassium, calcium, folic acid, as well as supplements that increase nitric oxide (or widen blood vessels) coenzyme Q10, L-agrinine, garlic, etc.
That said, if you are concerned about your blood pressure you should speak with your doctor.

OMG talk to your doctor before you do anything like that. Let him/her know that you don't want to take meds and get their advice. Chances are there is a way that you can improve your diet and also up your exercise to help get it under control.
If you don't like the advice your doctor gives you, get a second opinion.

Yes, controlling your blood pressure is likely to help with your weight loss and there may be some supplements you can take as well as some dietary changes that you can make, which can help to naturally lower and balance out your blood pressure.
That said, if is a good idea to talk to your doctor about your blood pressure concerns. I agree with Madscientist that if your doctor doesn't like the idea of taking a natural approach, obtaining a second opinion from another professional is always a good idea and your right. Don't be afraid to speak up about your health and to challenge your doctors advice.
