    Hey everyone,

    I was wondering if anyone else finds that on some days they can be really hungry and other days they don't feel hungry at all. Or why do I not feel hungry in the morning when I get up but I'm ready to eat everything once lunch time rolls around? Is there a way for me to regulate my hunger levels?

    I get like this sometimes too. I think the best way to regulate your eating habits is to following an eating schedule. In other words, eat the same quantities in around the same time every day. Also, pay attention to what you're putting in your body. If you're overloading on carbs, this might explain why you are feeling hungrier at certain times and not at others.

      Try not to skip breakfast, even if you only eat something light. Cut down on the refined carbs that you eat and any procssed foods and junk foods. This should help you maintain a consistent appetite without feeling like your hunger is all over the place.

        It really sounds like the foods you are eating and how you're eating is what is causing your fluctuation in hunger. It seems to me that what you need is a more balanced diet that has the necessary nutrients you need and you should be eating at certain points of the day so you're always providing your body with fuel. After all, just because you can go without eating for hours because you don't feel hunger doesn't mean that you should.

        Also, remember that certain food can wreck your appetite and other can stimulate it. Make sure you're not making the mistake of filling up on carbs...especially refined carbs.

          Yeah, I guess you guys might be right. I should eat more on a schedule. I just find it difficult to get breakfast down in the morning and I don't have the time it would take for me to get down a lot of food, which is often why I skip it. I'll try eating lunch and dinner at the same time. Maybe that'll help me.
