I've been trying so hard to lose weight and most days I'm good but I'm going through a lot of stress lately and it's killing my efforts to lose weight. I don't feel like I have the time or energy to exercise, and trying to cook for myself feels like it's too demanding so I end up falling back on take-out or frozen meals. I know I'm working against myself but I'm just so busy and stressed all the time I don't feel like I have room for it all the time. For every 5 days I'm on track, the 2 days I'm derailed are destroying my progress. What do I do?

Stress is killing my weight loss

This makes so much sense to me. Stress makes everything harder. Since this is the case, is it possible for you to make stress-busting one of the key things you do for weight loss? Like, every hour, take 30 seconds to lower your shoulders, relax your jaw and take three slow breaths? If you've got time for a short walk now and again, even better. Or a bedtime meditation? All these things can help you to cope better so it wont stand in your way as much.

Focus on your sleep first and then you'll be able to cope with your stress better and then weight loss will happen easier. Everything is easier with sleep. Make that a top priority, then gradually add the steps you need for the rest of your goals.
