    If you're wondering what helps you lose weight best, here's the answer. Just enroll in some educational institution. Believe me, stress, lack of sleep and lots of things to do will help you lose weight as fast as possible. Yes, I'm writing this here because it pisses me off. It's been a month since school started and I'm already tired. And what annoys me even more is that I have to work at work in order to study properly.

    I completely understand what you're talking about. Any change like that, one full week, and I've got NOTHING left. I'll just eat what's in front of me, because honestly, even the thought of thawing something and microwaving it feels like effort. I hope things level off for you and you find your groove again. That really is the worst feeling. Feel free to keep venting here. That's what we're here for!

      That sucks!!! Do you have a break coming up that you can use to help lower your stress and get some sleep? That sounds awful!

        That's the worst! stress and exhaustion make everythign feel like an uphill battle. I just reached the other side of that kind of overwhelming stress and tired feeling (thank goodness). I found that instead of trying to do everything, even if I just committed to one small thing, I felt a bit better. Like if I just decided to eat an apple instead of chips, I felt like I'd at least done that much. Then it got slightly easier to make another tiny change. It wasn't what I wanted it to be, like what I'm getting into now, but at least I felt like i was doing something and it took some pressure off.

          I'm a 3rd year student. 2 weeks ago, i slept not over 4 hours a day in almost a week
