I've been working on my exercise and diet and trying to be reasonable about it. When i plateau enough, I cut down calories a bit more or boost up my workouts a bit more, depending on what seems appropriate for me at the time. The thing is, every time i do it, I feel like i hit a wall where I feel like crap. I feel sore, sick and just overall bad for a day or wo before things pick up again. Why does that happen?
