I was wondering. What's better for you? Tea or Coffee? I'm asking for both weight loss and health.

I've also heard that honey is very good for you, especially the raw stuff and I like adding it to tea. I don't know if I'd add it to coffee LOL. That said, I think tea is the healthier choice. Tons of teas are good for you, including black, green, white, and lots of herbals.

Thanks for all of your thoughts :) I think I've come to the conclusion that tea is the more healthier option of the two, particularly green tea, but it also seems that coffee has a lot of benefits too. What I've decided to do is drink both coffee and tea, but I've cut down my consumption of both so I'm not overdoing it on the caffeine :)
