  • How to prove them all wrong

    I have been heavy for a long time now and I have been on a lot of diets and I have tried a lot of diet pills. I know that my friends and family love me but I also know that now that I am very serious about losing weight, they pretty much think this is just going to be the next chance for me to fail at it. I am tired of having people in my life either doubt me or make fun of me.

    So I’m going to get to my goal, this time, but then I want to show them all how wrong they were. How should I do that? Any ideas?

    When you lose the weight you already will have proven them wrong.

      The best way to be great to yourself and to prove them all wrong is to make sure that they just don’t matter to you anymore. Do this for yourself! Do this because you know you can look and feel great.

      The difference that it will make in your self confidence when you focus on doing this for yourself will help you to realize, automatically, that the doubts that people used to have in you don’t even matter anymore.

      When all is said and done, you’ll feel way more proud when you do it for you. You will also discover that people will also automatically see that you were right and that you’re amazing. You don’t have to rub it in. They’ll see it!

        You can always just not talk about your diet and what you're doing and then take a great pic of yourself and then use it for your facebook profile once you get to your goal.

          All you have to do to prove them wrong is to reach your goal. Then you’ll have done it and it will be absolutely true that you were right and they were wrong. Don’t be smug about it or brag. Just be very proud of yourself. That will give you what you need to know that you were right and whether or not they say anything about it, all they will be able to see is that you were right.

            I agree that you shouldn’t be pushing yourself this hard just to prove other people wrong. Do it because you know that it’s great for you and that you want to keep it up so that you’ll be healthy and you will feel and look great. That way, they will stop even mattering to you. As long as you’re doing it for them, to prove them wrong, they still have control over you.
