Quitting smiking is not hard if you have make up your mind.
Some tips that might help you in quitting smoking.
Consult your doctor and follow his advice,
Make up your mind and make your smoke quit day special,
Put the money you will spend on cigarettes and plan for a treat tomorrow,
Make your teeth clean,
Avoid going to places where you might find some smokers,
Do start any sports or some physical acitivty on regular basis,
