Dr Bernstein has been breaking the law

It turns out that Dr. Stanley K. Bernstein, the guy behind the Bernstein Diet is actually breaking the law.

It has to do with physician advertising laws and even though he has been warned not to continue to do what he's doing but he's kept it up regardless.

I just feel like if he thinks that he's above the law with stuff like that, can I trust what he will do in order to make money by doing things to my own body if I hire him to help me lose weight.

That really messes me up because my sister in law lost 28 pounds really fast on taht diet and it was something that i had been considernig but now I'm not sure what to do.

Has anyone else tried this diet? Is it trustworthy?

This isn't really the kind of diet that i think is healthy since it's extremely low in calories, but that's not what the legal troubles are about. It's that the program isn't supposed to advertise because he's a doctor. It doesn't mean that it doesn't work. It's a marketing law.
