Forget about the lap band and stomach stapling. If you wear a belt and tell yourself you’re not allowed to undo it until the end of the night when you are going to go to bed, then you won’t overeat much anymore!

Dude, that's hilarious! You're trying to stop yourself from eating by wearing a tight belt! I can see that it would be effective, sort of. My problem is that I don't start to feel the belt until it's too late. I eat a bunch, then sit back, and then ten minutes later, that's when it kicks in. So for me, it's just too late when the signals start to kick in.
If it works for you, though, that's great. It's funny that you've actually got that going for you. Just make sure that when you eat that much, you're not eating stuff with huge calories or you're doomed.

Relying on that woul dmean that you're only stopping yourself from eating once you've already overeaten. I guess if you put your belt on a notch too tight then you would already be feeling uncomfortable and that might work, but by waiting until your belt stops you from eating, you'll already have to "expand"
