    The CEO of McDonald's has been losing a lot of weight over the last few months but he still says that he eats at that fast food chain every single day. I wonder how much exercise it takes to compensate for that? haha

    I've been reading about this, too. HIs weight loss is pretty slow, but at least its' constant. I guess you really can't expect to lsoe weight fast if you always eat at mcdonald's. I'd like to hear WHAT he's eating...is he just having a bottle of water or a salad with no dressing? Or maybe the kid apple slices with no caramel. Something like that.

      The article shows that while he still eats at mcdonald's every day, he has started being active every day, too, which is something he didn't do before. So if he's making better choices at the fast food restaurant and he's started actually exercising for the first time in a while, that would make a considerable impact.

      It makes a huge difference to your weight loss when you exercise.

      Keep in mind that he's only lost 9kg over the last year. That's about 20 pounds. That means he lost less than 1/2 pound per week...not exactly the fastest program. STill commendable but clearly shows that if you want to lose weight at any rate other than a snail, don't go to McDonald's a lot.

          It's true. You're right about that. I hope that people take the right lessons from this: that losing weight is important, even if you run a large fast food organization, it's no excuse. I just hope they don't think that mcdonald's is a good source of diet food!
