I’ve found that one of my biggest struggles with doing my exercises is that I’m bored when I do them. If I go to the gym, there are a lot of TVs that I can watch while I exercise, but I don’t want to go to the gym every day. Some days, I just want to go for a good walk and then sit down on the couch all night and watch TV.
But I was thinking that it could be possible to get a bit of calorie burning or toning in to that time, too. Does anyone have suggestions for some sort of exercises that can be done while watching television, preferably while sitting in an armchair or on the couch?
