    Hi Everyone,

    My name is Jo and although it took me high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes to get motivated to lose weight "seriously", I'm finally doing it and I'm going to achieve my goal this time.

    I'm looking forward to getting to know some of the tips and tricks from you all, so that I can get an advantage over basic dieting instructions like "eat better" and "get up and move around for goodness sakes".
