    Hi Guys, I am all new to this, i am determined to loose weight, and so far iv lost 1 stone, and want to loose more.

    My weight loss methods are mainly dancing. Iv started zumba dancing, and using the jsut dance on the wii, which are definatly very effective.

    i personally find it hard to motivate - goin to gym and all that but dancing is fun, which makes it easier.

    Im all chuffed cuz i reached the stone mark today and hopefully very soon il be saying the 2 stone mark :)

    so heres to the new me :)

    Welcome lala! Where are you from? You will have to forgive my ignorance, but what is a "stone?" It sounds like a good amount nonetheless so congratulations! I am dying to know more about your zumba dancing. I am always curious as to other peoples exercise methods that are NOT gym related as I hate the gym. Looking forward to chatting with you and sharing in your journey!
