Hi. Libby Stone here. Weird name, isn't it? I used to be overweight until 14. Then I resorted to crash diet. I lost 100 lbs in 8 months because of it. But now I'm right on track and is definitely treading on the healthier path. I'm here to soak up inspiration.

Hi Koman. I'm also new here and got inspired by the forum and the forum members's participation. The people here are amazing and they are not ashamed to admit that they had problems before and overweight at one point in their lives. I'm glad I found this forum.
