help with ticker please?

Can anyone tell me how to change the goal weight on my ticker? I'm able to change the other things, but see nowhere to change the goal weight.

The goal weight field is located below Starting Weight and Current Weight fields. You fill out these after you have picked your ticker background and icon. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need any more help.
