    I have been dieting since April 2010 and have managed to lose 24lb so far. Still have a way to go but am finding things a bit difficult now.
    Am doing the Very old WW and combining calorie counting. Should be watching the carbs as well being as I am diabetic but find that really difficult as I do like my bread.

    Looking forward to seeing what others are doing and if I can be of some help as well, all the better....
