    Hi everyone!
    My names Stace and I'm new here so I just wanted to say hi to everyone!
    I'm 20 years of age, and since falling pregnant with my daughter at 16 I have put on a lot of weight. I ballooned from 10 stone to 14,and in the past year went to a 16. The heviest I have been is 16stone 10lbs.
    Recently I have lost 10lb and I'm really looking for other people who are trying to lose weight so we can share our stories and even the success of shedding our extra weight.

    Hello Stace and welcome to the weight loss forum. You are in a very lucky state you know... Many moms who delivered their baby at a young age has the best potential to regain their previous "teenage" weight because the metabolism is still very active as compared to women who had their child over 30. The best thing that you can do right now is to go on a regular exercise and healthy diet. Since you need a lot of energy to help you go through the day, I suggest that you don't cut so mush carbohydrates in your diet. Instead, make it a habit to exercise regularly in order to metabolize everything that you eat. Welcome again and enjoy reading the various posts here. Im sure you will learn a thing or two

      Thanks for your kind words!, the thing is lately I've really lost my appetite which is making things so much easier, I'm not sure if your ever the same but if your hungry you go for unhealthy,fatty foods?
      I've also just moved house and there are woods and fields literally on my doorstep, and I'm making use of them! I've also swapped mince from italian meals for extra vegetables which is more tasty and less fat!
      I'm really quite proud of myself as I have lost another lb, which takes me to 222 I believe ( a lb under 16 stone) a total loss of 11lb of my heaviest weight.
      As an ending point to my message ill say on android market there are some great free apps that monitor how many calories you use during the day moving around, this is great because it made me realise how inactive I was.

        Hi there, i am martin. Nice that you had loose that amount of weight already. Hope i could also see positive results to myself.
