    I'm just a dad looking to get back in shape. I have plenty experience with weight control, dieting, cardio exercising, and weight lifting, from years of personal experience and research, but I'm always looking for more information, techniques, and support wherever I can find it.

    Hi, it's nice to meet you. It sounds like you aren't new to dieting or working out. I hope we can help each other. What do you think is your primary obstacle to achieving the kind of body weight and physique that you want?

    I'm a new mom myself and I can't believe how little time I have now for myself. Maybe this is something you are experiencing too. It's hard to get out for a good hour long workout with a little one that needs our attention. Of course, the kids come first. I can be a challenge when you are trying to get back into dieting and working out regularly.

      hello! i am still new here but already, i find the various threads in this forum very entertaining and informative as well. I am also like everyone else here. I go on a diet but i seem to end up fatter in the end. I don't blame anyone but myself because i seem to stumble at any rock that comes my way. lately, i have been so religious with my diet and exercise regimen. although it is unlike any other dieters who almost starve themselves. I try to eat healthily and at a regular interval. I also jog every morning to burn some calories. what can be the problem? i know so many skinny people who eat anything they want and they maintain such a gorgeous body. please enlighten me.

          I am here to say hello to all of you people.I am Adam currently completing my studies.My degree is realted to the management and I want to become that VP or AVP of a recognized Financial Instition.Every one has his own define goals in life but my goal is some what differnt from others.Regarding my health,I am too week and recently joined the Gym to gain weight.I love to do skating,chatting and Jamming.I am a new member of this forum and I don't know what you people think but I really find this site very useful for gaining plenty of Information.
