This is such a great idea! My problem has always been my weight. I think part of the reason why I'm gaining so much weight as compared to my siblings is because of the kinds of food I eat. I love anything sweet and I eat frequently, and I mean FREQUENTLY!
Do you happen to know any solution to this problem? It kinda embarrassing to have skinny family and you are fat bordering obese. I wish I can just take control of my weight and the amount of food I eat so that I won't have to live so miserably.
I admit, I am miserable but don't people feel miserable sometimes? I think the feeling is normal but my co-workers and friends tell me that I'm only over-reacting and that I'm not as fat as I thought. I don't know but I feel fat because I am.
If you can help me find a program or a diet pill or any form of procedure that can immediately remove all these fats, kindly post it here or private message me. I am looking forward to your replies.
Hi hanji. Controlling how and when you eat is something most people who want to lose weight struggle with. I think there are varying degrees of how hard this can be for people. Some people seem to be able to change how they eat with relative ease, but others can have a terrible struggle with this. I would suggest that if you have tried to control your eating and have not been able to that you seek help. One of the best organizations I have personally been involved with is Overeaters Anonymous.
I am sorry to say that there is no diet pill, procedure or program that will immediately make you thin. However, there are wonderful resources out there, particularly many books, that you may find very helpful for both controlling your eating and making healthier food choices.
