    hello Zolan! I am so excited to have someone who is well versed with diet and nutrition join in this weight loss forum. I hope you can help anyone who needs educated especially when it comes to losing weight and the techniques on how to achieve a fit and healthy body. I suggest that you try to browse through the different threads here and I'm sure you will find plenty of questions that only you can answer since you are inclined with nutrition. I for one have a question. Is it true that consuming saturated fats is pretty much the same as eating unsaturated fats since as many claim they are under the same zip code which is fats. I really hope you can answer my question. I am thinking of relinquishing unsaturated fats in my diet because my friends says that it does not do any good to my body, Is it true? and if not, then how much unsaturated fat do you think I should consume? thanks a lot for your help.
