my diet regimen

hi bob! i've been using phentramin-d diet pills for a month now and im really satisfied with the outcome. i want to lose more weight though because im still overweight for my height.

how about you? i want to know what kind of exercise works best in losing weight.

I was doing pilates before and since i can't find time to do it regularly because of my work schedule, i want to try taking pills instead. are they any good?

@marie: i think you should try this phentramin-d. it works for me.. and i suggest you do simple exercises even at your office. helps circulate the blood and burns calories as well.

I haven't considered taking diet pills. I want to try to lose the weight by eating healthier and getting more exercise. I think though that they can really be helpful for some people. Good luck and keep us posted as to what your experience is.

Hi everyone! I have heard so many great reviews about phentramine, phentramin d, adipex and all the phentramine products. I searched the web for details where I can buy diet pills online but they seem suspicious. Anyone can tell me how to distinguish a good seller and a bogus seller? It would be of great help. I can't quite discern which to trust and which to avoid because their marketing is so lofty it's hard to turn down

Anya - I think it would help to clarify what diet pills you are talking about. There are prescription diet pills, such as Phentermine and Adipex. There are also non-prescription diet pills, such as Phentramin-d.

I find that many of the non-prescription diet pills these days have names that are similar to the prescription ones, but they are not at all the same as far as ingredients go. I have heard very good things about Phentramin-d from others here on the forum, but I have not tried it myself.

Phentermine and Adipex are prescription drugs, and from what I understand you cannot legally buy them online. If you want to take prescription drugs to lose weight then you need to get a prescription from your doctor first. This is the safest way. Then you can go to a pharmacy and buy it. I have heard nothing but horror stories from people who have tried to buy Phentermine and Adipex online - there are way too many scams out there to make it safe to buy.

If your doctor won't prescribe medications for losing weight and you still really want to use something, then Phentramin-d may be a product to consider. At least, you know that Phentramin-d is legal to buy online and you will be getting the product you pay for.
