Hi everyone! My name is Jenny and I'm new to this forum. I joined because I was hoping someone might be able to give me some good ideas on how to loose all this extra weight.
I'm at 250 lb right now but my goal is to be at least 175 so I can go on a trip with my girlfriends at the end of this year.
Anyone know a good way to start or maybe some good sites that can help?
