How to loss weight???
Hi!!!! Geesjourney I've the same problem . My tummy is looking so ugly .... Now, a day's I am following a diet routine.I've divided a complete day in 6 parts and plans the diet chart accordingly.
You know,obese people (like me)are generally flesh eaters, so they can be a little disappointed over the dietetic regimen for natural weight loss. But you need to understand that in order to gain something you have to make certain sacrifices.
Early morning:-Drink a glass of warm water containing lemon drops along with a teaspoon of honey, empty stomach.
Breakfast:-Drink toned milk with either wheat or bean sprouts; this will not only fill your tummy but will also provide all the required nutritional supplements to perform routine activities.
Before lunch:-Try to drink a glass of pineapple or carrot juice at least 60 minutes before main course.
Lunch:-Consume raw vegetable salad, garnished with coriander leaves, cumin seeds along with buttermilk.
Mid afternoon:-Drinking lemon tea, vegetable soup or coconut water with some dry fruits are ideal for mid day meal.
Dinner:-Consume whole grain bread with seasonal fruits and steamed vegetables. Avoid banana and apple.
