Hi I am new to this site. I have lost quite a bit of weight but have the last 20 stubborn pounds to lose. I am 64 retired and trying to get healthy. I am following weight watchers diet plan. I walk daily at least 1/2 hour but try to go for 1 hour. Would love to make some computer friends to chat about our journey/struggles.
