I think the best way is cutting added sugars and tracking calories and fitness with an app. But really, the best way is different for everyone. It's the method you'll stick to. If you won't stick to it, it doesn't work for you. So it's best to think about what you'll actually be willing to do over the long term. What changes are realistic for more than just a few days, weeks or even months?

Diet is the most important thing for losing weight the fastest. Exercise is extra support , but diet has the biggest impact so focus on that. Don't go too few calories or you'll just slow yourslef down (weird, but true). Try to fill your plate with mostly veggies and it makes it really easy to cut calories without going hungry the whole time.
