    Hello all I'm new to the site and just kind of learning about this site. I've struggled with weight for a long time and I'm curious if anyone ever struggles with night eating? I have a really bad habit of waking up in the middle of the night and feeling so hungry. I used to control it by not keeping much in the house but now i live with other people and well the refrigerator inventory has changed. how can I help break this pattern?
