Hello everybody! My name is Leslie Okumura. I am Japanese and live in Hawaii. I am 70 years old and would like to lose some weight due to inactivity. Please help.

For me I have a hard time controlling my diet and I tend to eat too many calories. I also struggle with exercising daily. How about you and how much weight are you hoping to lose?
